We treat
the person
not a diagnosis
Zest Pelvic Health and Myofascial Release partners with you to problem solve permanent solutions, one-on-one with a qualified therapist.
Having a zest for life is priceless. Your ability to walk through an amusement park with your family without having to leave early because you’re in pain, no longer having to pack extra pads because you’re leaking urine all day, having a good night sleep without falling on your way to running to the bathroom in the middle of the night, or having the stamina to finish all your productive tasks; Zest Pelvic Health and Myofascial Release will help you get your life back.
Zest Pelvic Health and Myofascial Release helps people recover from unresolved pain and pelvic floor dysfunction. A typical healthcare provider focuses on treating a symptom, but Zest pays special attention to the mind-body connection, creating beneficial habits that support your wellness, eliminating tension, and letting go of old dysfunctional patterns. This requires a whole-body holistic perspective. When a person has a problem in one area of the body or one area of their life often the source of the problem is elsewhere. Zest will partner with you to problem solve permanent solutions, always one-on-one with a qualified therapist.

Frequently Asked Questions
What problems do you address?
Jamie treats postpartum women, and individuals with joint hypermobility, unexplained pain, emotional stress, depression, back/neck/shoulder pain, fibromyalgia and headaches. Jamie also treats people who are planning to/have undergone POP or gender-affirming surgeries.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not process health insurance directly, but I can provide a “superbill” which you can submit for direct reimbursement of services paid through your “Out-of-network” plan. It is important to know the reasons I do not process health insurance directly. I work for my patient, not the health insurance company, so your treatment isn’t subjected to insurance restrictions that would dictate treatment modalities. With my method, my patients receive 1) a more comprehensive treatment session, 2) with more success, 3) in a much shorter amount of time.
How many sessions will I need?
Usually, people experience positive results after just a couple visits. The initial evaluation will provide an opportunity to assess what time frame can be expected.

What Our Clients Say
“Before starting services with her, it was hard for me to leave my house. I was struggling with tailbone pain among other physical ailments since labor. I was also experiencing depression. After our sessions I had less pain all over, was walking better, and mentally entered a much better place with her help and ongoing support. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jamie! I feel grateful everyday that I found her!”
